Refunds & Cancellation  30+ days prior: Full refund. 14–29 days prior: $100 cancellation fee or reschedule. Less than 14 days: No refund; rescheduling available. Note: All refunds are subject to a 6% credit card processing fee.

Vehicle Rules  No Smoking/Drinking/Vaping: Prohibited inside the van. Violations may result in cleaning fees or removal from the trip without a refund. Biological Contaminations: A minimum $300 cleaning fee applies for bodily fluid incidents (vomit, blood, etc.).

Best Behavoir  Removal from any visited establishment for poor behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

Mileage and Pickups  All pricing for "Private Rental" is based on pick-up within our normal operating region. Any pick-ups outside our normal operating region could be subject to additional fees.

Making The Reservation   Dates can be held for 48 hours without a deposit. After 48 hours, a deposit or payment in full is required to secure the booking.
