How many people can you accommodate? 10

Are you wheelchair accessible? Our Ford Tansit Passenger Van is not wheelchair accessible.

Is your price per person?   We charge a flat rate for all “Private Rental Adventures” fixed price for 1-10 people. Best Life Tours “ Adventure Excursions” are priced per person with maximum 10 person capacity. First come first serve.

Where do you pick up/drop-off?  For “Private Rentals” at a predetermined pickup location decided at the time of booking. For “Adventure Excursions” the pick up/drop-off location will be listed for each adventure.

What time do your excursions start?  For “Private Rentals” we can be flexible with start times with consideration that some venues may close early. For “ Adventure Excursions” the start times will vary depending on the specific Adventure and will listed on each accordingly.

Do I need to make reservations at the stops we go to?  No, we will handle all of that if one of your stops takes reservations.

Are drinks included in the price of the excursion?  No, We have found that our guests have diverse personal tastes, and we want to ensure you are not paying for selections that may not suit your preferences. Additionally, Ohio state regulations prohibit discounts on wine and beer without specific stipulations. Since we cannot offer these beverages at a better value than you would receive by purchasing them directly, we do not include them in our base pricing.

Can we bring our own snacks?  We would be happy to accommodate any items you wish to bring on the tour or “Adventure Excursion”. Please be advised that certain stops on our itinerary feature established menus and do not permit outside food on their premises.

Can We Do Custom Adventures?  Contact us and we can set up whatever kind of adventure you would like. We are here to bring you a safe, quality and fun experience for whatever adventure you chose.
